Way'kUp ! What is it?
Way’kUp is a platform at the crossroads of the different business needs (tools, case study, implementation, advice).
It offers workspace rental services at different geographic locations. It is intended for “nomadic” workers, teleworkers and companies / organizations which, given the COVID crisis, have freed up workspaces, free to occupy, and are awaiting a possible reassignment.
Way’kUp is also more than a platform; In addition to the provision of workspaces (coworking, private or shared offices), it aims to offer global support for the company in questioning. From the identification of the profile of the company and its workers, of its objectives in environmental and financial terms, to the definition of ideal workspaces and their implementation within the framework of the mobility policy and environmental impact of the company.
The aim is therefore to provide spaces where teleworkers can feel good and productive at the same time.
It is through a collaborative economy that it brings together, on the same platform, providers and users of workspaces in order to build a hybrid working model, together!
What are our missions and commitments
The idea of this platform is to provide solutions for :
- Providers of workspaces : supporting companies in the implementation of unoccupied workspaces ;
- Workspace users : imagine a work environment where workers can feel at home as well as close to home to allow them productivity and a suitable working atmosphere.

What are the spaces and equipment offered?
Geographical sites
Way’kUp offers easily accessible and practical workspaces throughout Belgium. The objective is to offer spaces not far from the homes of workers, Belgian at first.
The sites listed on the platform will soon offer various logistics services deemed useful in everyday life, in particular FREE parking spaces, recharging terminals, bicycle areas, reception, kitchen, kitchenettes, restaurant, toilets, rest areas, spaces greens, etc.
The sites that we make available on the platform are visited and controlled in order to guarantee a quality service.
Workspaces
Thanks to a collaborative economy between our various partners, Way’kUp offers workspaces that aim to guarantee worker productivity and efficiency, as well as proximity and relationships between professionals.
We, the Way’kUp players, provide sufficiently equipped and quiet spaces. Our modern spaces are equipped with: a WIFI connection, an air conditioning system, a sufficient number of outlets, ergonomic desks and chairs, anti-noise panels, etc.
The spaces that we make available on the platform are visited and controlled in order to guarantee a quality service.
Services
In order to make life easier for workers, Way’kUp wishes to offer practical and well-being services on our partner sites through a variety of services suitable for everyone.
These services are currently under study to establish the feasibility of these services at our partner sites.
The services we offer on the platform are supported by professionals and are controlled to ensure quality service.
